Please note that the plastic lens cap just threads on a few millimeters and holds super tight, no need to over thread it on or it will be hard to thread off.
No vignetting or dark corners like the cheap plastic hong kong junk being peddled on the net.
If you used the CHEAP china filters i'm sure you have noticed this flaw in their filters, from lack of proper testing and quality control.
When the Sony camera is in photo mode or while panning back in fourth in video mode our filter works perfect with no video or photo vignetting!!
