We also take photos and post them so that you can see the condition of the merchandise you will be receiving. Please do the following when receiving your item?
1- Please inspect your item carefully
while
the delivery driver is
present

DO NOT
just sign for the item without inspecting the product. If you sign without inspecting, you are releasing the trucking company of responsibility for your item. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the trucking company.
2- If there is any damage to your item, the driver will call and get a claim number. This should be noted on your Bill of Lading. If it is a reasonable repair, it should be noted on the bill of lading and you can keep the item. You will be asked to sign the bill of lading.
Please call us to let us know the issue IMMEDIATELY.
3- If the damage is severe, just refuse the shipment. The trucking company will be responsible for the item from there. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
4- Once you have received your item and you are satisfied, it is very important for you to please leave positive feedback.
